Job Description
- Monitor and provide general care to patients on clinic.
- Works to ensure that patients are directed to and receive care in appropriate venue in a timely manner.
- admit patients requiring special care, followed by investigations and treatment.
- Examine and talk to patients to diagnose their medical conditions.
- Refer patients to specialists and consultants in hospital departments if needed.
- make notes and prepare paperwork, both as a legal record of treatment and for the benefit of other healthcare professionals.
- Providing advice to people on staying healthy .
- Put the clinical data of the patients on the company’s system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient
- Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Respect for patient’s confidentiality
- Responsible and trustworthy
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good Computer skills for keeping patient records
- Excellent time-management to balance calls with system records
- Flexible to work on shift basis
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
