Job Description
Strategy & Development
- Manages and monitors all the activities of Administration Services, Office facilities, and Reception and Operators services ensuring quality delivery.
- Ensures that the periodical maintenance plan for all the office equipment (ex.
- Photocopy machines, printers, Laptops … etc) and the office utilities are carried out timely and efficiently.
- Negotiates with suppliers and closes deals ensuring best services with the price and ensures that all suppliers receive their payments timely.
- Generates a monthly plan for the office requirements and liaises with the accounting manager for processing.
- Ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Results
- Ensures that the business has the best working environment and process.
- Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Responsible for organizing business trip including (Visa preparation– Flight & Hotel Bookings, … etc).
- Manages the team of runners, office boy and drivers.
- Personal Assistant to the CEO.
HR Manager
- Recruits & Assess Staff Administration Performance.
- Delivers the attendance sheet to the Financial Manager.
Traffic Manager
- Manages and Directs Schedule, Workflow and deadlines.
- Keeps things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines.
- Ensures jobs are delivered on deadline and on budge
People Management
- Keeps employees motivated.
- Oversees daily activity of the team.
- Manages team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines.
- Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manages internal and external service suppliers.
- Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed.
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. in any discipline.
- From 7-10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar position.
