Job Description
Manage team to conduct all HR and admin activities including:
- Recruitment of new staff (white collar and blue collar)
- KPI's, appraisals and bonuses (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
- Training of new and existing staff
- Monitoring the work environment to improve the morale of all staff
- Governmental permits
- Implementation of company's protocols
- Attendance and leaves
- Social and Medical insurance
- Transportation
- Cafeteria and Security
Job Requirements
- Experience working in factories with a large number of blue-collars
- HR Diploma is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills - ability to work within and lead a team
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to follow up with team members and team progress
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and HR software
- Knowledge about HSE requirements
