Job Description

Manage team to conduct all HR and admin activities including:

  • Recruitment of new staff (white collar and blue collar)
  • KPI's, appraisals and bonuses (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
  • Training of new and existing staff
  • Monitoring the work environment to improve the morale of all staff
  • Governmental permits
  • Implementation of company's protocols
  • Attendance and leaves
  • Social and Medical insurance
  • Transportation
  • Cafeteria and Security

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in factories with a large number of blue-collars
  • HR Diploma is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership skills - ability to work within and lead a team
  • Decision-making skills
  • Ability to follow up with team members and team progress
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and HR software
  • Knowledge about HSE requirements
