Job Description
Main job purpose
- Control all company external and internal company documentations
Job Description:
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Create, Review and update technical documents (e.g. Technical submittals manuals)
- Ad-manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
- Maintain the files and control logs as required.
- Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
- Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
- Assist follow up the process workflow.
