Job Description and Tasks:
- Check technical support tickets received from customers and answer them, or direct them to the department concerned.
- Conducting the process for new customers.
- Review the lists of customers whose subscriptions are close to completion and communicate with them for the purpose of renewal.
- Preparing and coordinating the system explanation files and the mechanism for preparing new customers.
- Prepare customer status reports and their readiness to use the system.
- Try to solve customer problems before escalating to management.
Job Requirements
Education and Certificates:
- Bachelor of Commerce, accounting Department.
Experience:
- Accounting background and experience is a must.
Skills:
- Full knowledge of computer and internet.
- Ability to focus and fast learning.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English in a clear and effective manner,
including writing reports. - Ability to take responsibility.
- Timing discipline.
- Craftsmanship and precision in workmanship.
