Job Description
- Enjoy consulting with clients and analyzing their needs
- Responsible for screening CVs, conducting interview and building a pool of candidates to meet the client’s requirements.
- Complete all needed document for all outsourcing employees medical and social insurance.
- Send the salaries, bonus, deduction and over time sheet for the finance team, and make sure that the outsourced employees receive all there benefits.
- Sustain periodic monthly meetings with all clients.
- Plan and make sure all trainings are delivered for the outsourcing employees.
- Update and renew all outsourcing employees’ contracts at the assigned dates.
- Following up and updating the ARs
