Job Description
- Supervise the development of Systems for the use of information technology across departments and projects.
- Advice on the most appropriate IT options.
- Provide technical support or training for the systems and networks available in the organization.
- Defines development requirements based on the needs of the company, and develops plans to achieve the required development.
- Continues the operation of the applied systems and assesses their efficiency and supervises the analysis of the needs of the departments used for these systems and develops plans to secure these needs.
- Identifies the specifications of alternative solutions, additions and updates needed and examines their technical and economic feasibility
- Examines and analyzes the operating problems of the systems used and develops the root solutions to prevent their recurrence and presents them to senior management and supervises their implementation.
- Keep track of the efficiency of the work of computers, information network and printing devices and verify their suitability to all requirements.
- Continues to repair the faults as quickly as possible and minimizes malfunctions.
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, and various other devices)
- System monitoring and network performance monitoring.
- Troubleshooting and data recovery.
- Monitoring maintenance activities and improving performance (such as backup processing).
- Maintain the licenses and review the validity and follow-up renewal.
Job Requirements
- Obtained a bachelor's degree in computers, information systems or computer science.
- Obtained test certificates (CompTIA Network + CompTIA Security)
- Previous work experience in information systems.
- Full proficiency in computer and network systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Ability to communicate strongly and proficient in explanation and interpretation skills.
- Keep abreast of all developments in the field of technology and information technology.
- Understanding of how TCP / IP protocols work and LAN / WANStrict process.
- Attention to fine detail and the ability to offer different solutions.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
