Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
10.Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Responsible for Finger Prints Machines of all Branches.
CCTV and all its problems.
UPS Problems.
Printers and all its configuration and connections.
Responsible for All switches, Routers, Access points installation and configuration.
Decision making for selling, buying, changing all IT Department items and components

At Least 3 years of experience.
BSc in computer engineering, computer science, IT, or any related field.
CCNA is a Plus
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Experience with of ERP/Odoo and business process management software
Experience with Mac operation system.
