Job Description
- Lead, direct, and motivate the consultant’s team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, and act as the key player for closing the deals.
- Hire a property consultant’s team.
- Implement and revise the sales strategies and plans.
- Daily report team activities and performance.
- Provide a professional, and excellent level of customer service with existing, and new customers.
- Supervise property consultants in your team, and the shift that you are scheduled.
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the management.
- Assist with property consultant’s questions, concerns and product/service questions.
- Create reports showing achieved sales, conversion rates, adherence, and attendance etc.
- Make sure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
- Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognition to employees.
- Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
- Monitors calls, provide feedback to consultants and update them on sales, conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- Min 2 yrs experience in the same field.
- Excellent command in English.
- High communication skills.
- Perfect user in Microsoft office.
- Presentable.
- Must own a car.
