Job Description

Job Roles:
- Translate complex business and Technical requirements to technical solutions in formal documentation.
- Communicate with the customer and with the team members and drive solutions and influence decision making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years of experience in an Analysis and\or client facing role.
- Bachelor of Computer Science.
- Experience in requirements management, from upfront requirements.
- Good Knowledge of Integration methods and technology.
- Good Knowledge of Architecture Concepts and Documents.
- Very good knowledge of Technical Analysis and Design methods.
- Gathering & facilitation to clarification and traceability of requirements.
- Preferred Background of Insurance, Banking or financial services industry.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility.
- Adaptability.
- Initiative.
IT Skills:
- Data modeling, prototyping and process tracking tools, ex: MS Visio, etc.
- Experience in software development or software testing will be an advantage (mobile, web applications and .NET).
- Knowledge of SQL and experience of database platforms such as SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, etc.
- Knowledge of Software Security and Hacking Concepts is a plus.
