Job Description
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develops communication channels across the company.
- Establishes and maintains performance management systems.
- Prepares annual manpower planning and develops the recruitment plan accordingly.
- Implements company’s compensation and benefits plans and structure and conducts annual salary surveys.
- Prepares monthly payroll.
- Reviews and updates the organization structure in light of business strategy and apply consequent changes on job descriptions.
- Conducts training needs assessments; formulates training and development plans and calculates return on investment.
- Handles employee’s communication.
- Oversees Human Resources day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company’s policies.
- Manages travel arrangements including accommodations / transportation /visa issuance and monitors the expenses.
- Oversees maintenance and office facilities.
- Investigates employees’ misconduct and apply disciplinary actions as per the company’s disciplinary act.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration .
- Human Resources Management Diploma and/or Professional Certification.
- 5-7 years of experience
- English Language proficiency.
- Proficient user of MS office
