Job Description
- Perform support for office development and testing environments
- Support development team in administration issues
- perform application installation at customer premises
- Review customer issues, improve issue description.
- Escalate support issues to development team if development fix is required.
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
• B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study
• Knowledge in installation, upgrades& migrations
• Basic knowledge of SQL scripts
• Knowledge of Linux administration is a plus
• Troubleshooting & Reporting skills is a must
Personal skills:
• Strong Conversational English skill both oral and written
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
