Job Description
- Prepare comparison analysis study between bidders for tenders
- Review and modify design documents, tender documents and contracting
- Coordinate between MEP consultant work and other parties
- Monitor MEP team performance (Mechanical, electrical and landscape)
- Follow up MEP work progress on sites
- Provide technical advice, diagnose and solve problems
- Finish projects MEP works with high quality, reasonable cost and on time
- Handing over the project to the operation company (As-built drawings, catalogues & warranty documents)
- Follow up response of contractors and suppliers during the warranty period
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Construction/ Real-estate field experience is required
