Job Description
- Promote and Market the business
- Sell travel products and tour packages
- Source products/destinations to meet customers needs
- liaise with tourism partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a quarter in advance.
- Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
- Provide sales reports weekly.
- implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
- Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
- Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
- Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
- Update bookings with a hotels confirmation number on a daily bases.
- Make an offline booking.
- Daily check on the system.
- Check and reply to daily emails.
- Achieve department target.
- Handle cases after hours.
Job Requirements
- 1+ of experience in travel agencies or familiar with online suppliers.
- Excellent command of English (writing and speaking)
- Resident in October or Shiekh Zayed or near
