Job Description
- Responsible for the QC laboratory functions (Chemical & Microbiology) and the corresponding documentation to support the timely disposition of product.
- The laboratory function encompasses raw material, in process and finished product testing.
- Review and approval of the entire SOP’s relating to Quality control tasks. And help the analyst to understanding and implementation of these SOP’s.
- Establish, recommend, maintain and assure that consistent laboratory procedures and practices are followed in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant and commercial managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Support laboratory colleagues in all aspects of their work to achieve the completion of tests and/or investigations in a timely manner as well as maintaining an updated knowledge base in the technical, operations, company policy and regulatory fields.
- Facilitate continuous improvement in QC day to day operations and general systems and will actively support achievement of plant goals.
- Responsible for QC resource planning including preparation of budgets and monitoring budget adherence.
- Implement all the stability (Ongoing and Accelerating stability programs). Review and approval of the stability reports.
- Review and Approval the Validation of new developed test procedures.
- Approval of the daily environmental Monitoring program reports for sterile if exist and non-sterile area. Approval the monthly trending reports.
- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor In Science or pharmacy.
- Previous experience in water treatment
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
- Green belt holders is a plus
- Good command of English both written and spoken and computer skills.
