Job Description
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures , analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions .
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling distrait sales representatives building and maintaining report with key consumers , identifying new customer opportunities .
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and product packaging and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.
- Directs the selling activities within the region, inclusive of reasource deployment and customer interactions .
- Establishes and environment and foundation for future sales growth .
- Disseminate information to regional sales represtives , corporate marketing and sales operations .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree business "preferred" .
- 3 years sales management experience "same position" .
- Proven leadership skills .
- Supervisory or management experience , preferably in sales staff .
- Proven oral. written, telephone and presentation skills.
- Creative abilities to improve the marketing & branding plan, expand new accounts, and achieve outstanding targets .
