Job Description
- Approach potential clients to market the transactions
- Preparation of the offering memos and the company analysis and valuation
- Conduct macro and industry research
- Follows-up on all the company’s operations and financials to determine its efficiency and current status
- Restructures the company’s future financial statements and apply different valuation models to come up with the average value of the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Economics/ Finance/Business Admin
- 2-5 years of experience in the financial analysis field
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Highly analytical and attention to details
- MBA, CFA or any additional certificate is a plus
- Fluent English language is a must
