Job Description

  • Update Schools database every year from the School guide or online.
  • Contact schools and arrange for a visit to the school to present CIC programs & all info. about CIC.
  • Contacts schools, follow up & arranges schools field trips for students to CIC campus.
  • Make an analysis for the prospect schools based on the profile of schools that our current students come from, in addition to schools that we are targeting.
  • Organize, prepare and mange CIC booths in educational exhibitions and different events.
  • Handle list of interested students to contact them through the call center.
  • Arrange and coordinate with Administration Affairs department for the buses for schools field trips.
  • Arrange & ensure that all required materials are available in stores for different uses.
  • Contact the ushers, the photographer and prepare training sessions when needed.
  • Prepare brochures & materials about CIC to be given to school students.
  • Book halls in the CIC to host events related to recruitment.
  • Responsible for field preparations, event set-ups, concurrent event management, and event take-down.
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
  • Coordinate all operations from negotiating with vendors and suppliers & promotional activities for the event.
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.
  • Regular reporting with updates to Marketing and Communication Manager.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree in marketing or Advertising is preferred
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English
  • Excellent Computer skills (Excel is required).
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English
