Job Description

  • Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations and upgrades.
  • Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software.

Job Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle , SQL Server).
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder
  • Good Knowledge of Crystal Report
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience in PL/SQL
  • Welling to learn.
  • Ability to work individual or with team.
  • Customer re presentable (shape and attitudes)
  • Hard Working
