Job Description
Sales Planning and Analysis
- Continuously understanding and managing The Doodle Factory Sales cycle; the person in charge will be responsible of generating leads, cold calling, new accounts, website stock/ inventory and finding out bazaars.
- Collecting customers feedback, analyzing and following up on business or individual pre-sales process and translate them into purchase decisions
- Analyzing Sales figure, suggest and recommend sales increasing strategies
Retail Management:
- Research relevant retail
- Seal deal with retailers that are relevant to brand image and appropriate for sales target
- Track sales and make sure inventory is up to date and include in main sales tracking sheet
- Follow up with retailer on event, site visits to make sure that visual merchandising is appropriate according to deal/contract
Sales Operations:
- Presenting and pitching the doodle factory in events that require sales
- Managing and preparing booths/display and leading necessary team to execute booths display plan with creative director
- Finding and suggesting bazaars for sales and co-creating events calendar
- Managing the preparation of product needs to be sold in events (packing- carrying- transferring and unpacking)
- Logging sales post the event into the system
- Meeting sales targets as per strategic goals of DF
Business to Business Deals Coordination:
- Understand the nature of B2B deals and assist B2B manager in finalizing deals
- Follow up on potential partners with deals agreements and requirements
- Communicate with partner to liaise the deal
- Work with production executive on finalizing B2B production
- Work with Marketing Manager to meet B2B deal requirements
