- Recruitment: Hire the best talent of employees & workers through Recruitment companies, schools, universities, newspapers .... etc.
Organizational Structure:
- Handle all responsibilities between all sectors, management, departments also for peoples too means "Let's gears working smoothly".
- Reduce duplication between processes.
- Control orders movement from leadership to employees and reports movements from employees to leadership.
- Provide career growth opportunities to motivate them to do more.
- Cancel any unnecessary processes.
Training & Improvement:
- Usually, any manager can recommend employees for training, But HR should approve by employee performance too.
- Training by several ways: Internet, Books, courses and through (missions it's usually perfect but NOT for complicated missions).
