Job Description
- Costing of materials, spares and other production related items. Prepare cost sheets for various proposals and new projects required by Management from time to time.
- Allocation of cost of different cost center on the basis of production details provided by Circulation Department & rationalizes the consumption.
- Organizing the annual physical stock counting of all items in stores / warehouse in association with inventory controller on the basis of Corporate guidelines
- Comparing the actual costs with the standard and calculating the deviation rates for all issued orders
- Calculate the direct and indirect production costs of all issued work orders to determining the profit margin
- Responsible of the fixed assets records and follow-up on the addition and exclusion of fixed assets in the factory and periodic reports on the status of assets not exploited or break downed, not managed in an economic or ineffective manner for the senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor 's degree in Accounting
- Three to four years prior experience in the Costing Department
- English Proficiency
- Computer Proficiency: MS Office and Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems
