Job Description

  • Perform human resources procedures, implements policies Consistent with current laws and district goals; Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees ,recommends changes and adjustments as needed.
  • Performs Recruitment and Selection Process. Through Advertise the position, highlight the capabilities needed for the job, screen resume, Phone interviewing, Conduct Face-to-face interview and assessment, selection of candidate in accordance with technical managers, send offers and arrange on board process for new hires, manage new hire documentation and contacts , establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. support and help managers through our probation period evaluations .
  • Perform job analysis and evaluations and update job descriptions, assist in determining work flow and organizational restructure, assist to Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits support HR and Admin supervisor in studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
  • Perform monthly and yearly implementations of performance appraisal procedures and policy, collect monthly performance results and provide coaching with department managers where needed, help determine training needs and conduct training and development activities as required.

  • Guide and solve employee daily work problems and issues between employees, manage relationships between employers and employees. Job Requirements

Job qualifications:

  • BA degree - preferably business administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR must in manufacturing based organization.
  • HR Diploma/certificates is a must

Soft Skills / Language Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills/ logical thinking.
  • Excellent Level of English.
  • Flexible Shows high level of Manners and skills to deal with different employees categories.
