Job Description

  • Assist in the implementation of THE COMPANY’s financial policies and procedures at site operations, ensuring conformance with all applied rules and regulations as set out by the corporate Finance & Accounts Division.
  • Administer and monitor the site operations financial system in coordination with the Finance & Accounts Division in order to ensure maintaining the company finances in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Monitor cash flow, income and expenses in order to generate financial reports as required by site operations and the Finance & Accounts Division.
  • Maintain the accounts payables and accounts receivables system as required by the Finance & Accounts Division ensuring complete and accurate records of all transactions.
  • Assist all Site Operations divisions and units in the proper coding of expenses and time sheets to ensure that all labor and allocating other costs to the proper budget center.
  • Receive cash or checks to deliver to Cairo headquarters for Account Receivable team or deposit the cash at the bank in Hurghada
  • Assist the corporate Finance & Accounts Division to answer any queries on financial matters from the internal and external auditors.
  • Compile budget and financial management reports in coordination with the Finance & Accounts Division on a monthly and ad hoc basis to provide timely and accurate information to site operations and to the corporate finance team.
  • Provide all required finance support and reporting to Site Operations in coordination with the Finance & Accounts Division to ensure that all site divisions and units have the required financial information for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure implementing cost saving practices and advising senior management on areas of improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance

Minimum Experience:

  • 7 - 10 years of hands-on, general accounting experience

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Knowledge of accounting practices and standards.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage own work and achieve results without constant supervision
  • Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment
  • Must be able to manage budgets and avoid delay costs
