Job Description
- Promote Employment branding through Universities Campaign , Career fairs and corporate events
- Use diversified recruitment channels and building strong relationships with universities and recruitment agencies
- Manage the entire recruitment process including Job Posting, conducting competency based interviews, screening tests evaluating applicant qualifications and submitting job offers
- Ensure using the best recruitment trend and practices in compliance with the company's global standards
- vise and train line managers on the recruitment practices, selection methods, interviewing skills
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
