Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for office staff, Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Vgood in English .
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, communication skills, Time Management skills.
