Plant Manager

As a Key Member of the management team, Plant manager is managing production, warehousing, quality and administrative aspects related to the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production outputs, production efficiencies and processing cost controls in-line with quality measures and set targets.
• Carry out preventive plant/factory maintenance, fix electrical and machines breakdowns, installations, spare and its inventory management.
• Manage and maintain existing plant facilities and equipment in appropriate working condition to meet business need.
• Plan, Supervise and manage shift operation, managing shift works to consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, and production efficiency to ensure full capacity utilization of the plant for maximum output.
• Ensure health, hygiene and safety aspects at work place are maintained at all times.
• Organize and manager Storage in warehouses, monitor inventory levels to ensure quality and stock management to maximize space efficiency and stock rotation.
• Plan and coordinate effective utilization of resources such as manpower, machine and material.
• Comply, analyze and submit periodic production, warehousing, manpower reports to management.
• Manage the performance, development and motivation of staff under supervision in line with their performance needs, the operations work plan and the HR Policies.
• Take necessary actions towards necessary certifications including HACCP, GMP & ISO Certificates.
• Monitor Product Standards & Processes and constantly implement quality control programs.
• Direct & manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping & Receiving.
• Develop Budget and manage withing Budgeted guidelines.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards and KPI's.
• Ensure product quality meets quality Standards.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
