Job Description
- Coordinates and follow up on shipping operations and coordinates with authorities. Follow up with shipping schedules, and delivery of the products.
- Ensure the movement products out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedures, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
- Collects and update data about the required certificates or new procedures for export from UCMENA.
- Coordinate export orders to ensure accurate delivery of the right product specifications.
- Prepares related documents to L/C terms and conditions and secures L/Cs & payment conditions according to company policy.
- Review the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.
- Communicates with the company’s interrelated departments, such as Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality Control, GWH, etc.
- Follow up on the legal documentation required by authorities.
- Handle customer queries and issues, and resolves them effectively and according to company policy.
- Coordinates all export sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels, and works to increase customer satisfaction.
- Follow company rules and regulations pertinent to administrative policies, safety and personal hygiene.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience, preferably to have a background from shipping& forwarder company.
Skills:
- Team Player, Working under pressure, and a hard worker.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent MS Office User.
