About The Job
- Sales engineers sell technological products or services to businesses. and must have extensive knowledge of products’ parts and functions and must understand the scientific processes that make these products work.
Job Duties
- Develop Client list by exploring and searching for new clients and markets to promote products.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Secure and renew orders and correctly convey all related information to designated team members to arrange delivery
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
- Build long-term relationship with existing and new clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support (Reports )
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Internet surfing
- Very good user of MS office word, excel.
- Min. 3-5 years of experience
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills are essential
- Good communicators capable of providing clear information in both verbal and written forms
- Customer service
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking – the ability to prioritize and deal with demands coming from various directions
