Job Description
- Fine tuning platform architecture and documenting specifications
- Responsible for project planning, overall development, deployment, maintenance and trouble shooting, and team performance management.
- Support development team in best deployment, automation practices, and product updates
- Identifying issues and implementing integrations that meet platform needs.
- Execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Communications, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of virtualization & RedHat Linux is a must.
- Excellent TCP/IP knowledge and routing.
- Complex IP network setup & subnetting.
- L2 & L3 routing and configuration; VLANS / Routing experts.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in the English language.
- UNIX/Linux shell scripting skills
- HW knowledge
- Former exposure to (wireless) telecommunication products and inter-working experience gained within customer environments would be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages visual C++, Java, Scripting, Web development, SDKs, REST APIs etc. is a plus.
- Network Engineers (Exp. +2 Yrs.)
- Experience in the Communications industry within a mission critical environment.
- Knowledge of Network core & Signaling is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts (15:00 – 23:00 Sunday to Thursday several times per Quarter).
