Job Description
- Prepare the cost sheets to control the cash in / out on a monthly basis .
- Reviewing the invoices submitted by the contractors / suppliers after getting the consultant approval .
- Prepare the monthly cost report which include the actual and the forecast based on the updated information .
- Estimate the timescale for the project and ensure that the outlined deadlines are met .
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is running according to the schedule , and the material supply is sufficient .
- Ensure that the plan is meeting the project SPECS .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering .
- Experience in multi disciplines projects .
- Experience in using premavera & MS Project
- Very good in presentation preparation .
- Aware of all cost control methods .
- Fluency in English is a plus. Experience of not less than 4 yrs
