Sending the monthly statements for companies and our Clients.
Making collection calls in a professional manner.
Resolves Clients billing problems.
Preparing the payment reports.
Responsible for entering new customers on the financial model in ERP system.
Follow up with customers to collect payments before due dates.
Ensure the accuracy of Customer registration information and authorized signatures on ERP system.
Resend invoices and reminder statements as required.
Ensure that all collection procedures are operating in accordance to policies and procedures of the organization.
Follow up with customers to collect payments before due dates.
Support customers in case of facing any issues with collection and coordinate between sales & marketing and collection department.
Follow-up payment of insurance contributions for employees in the external operations department in the contracting offices of each client (working with others).
Receiving the receivables from the debtors in cash copies or checks under a receipt or authorization to receive checks and cash.
Archiving all the bonds of the collection in the arranged files to reference it when needed.
Performs other duties as required by position.

Place of residence must be Helwan or adjacent it maximum Maadi.
Maximum Age 25 years old.
Have an experience in collection section or in a relevant financial role from 1 to 2 years or fresh graduate.
Full knowledge of MS Office and financial management software as ERP system.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized and reliable.
BSc in finance, accounting or relevant field.
Good Command of English language.
Characterized by honesty and cooperation.
Strong observation, flexible and solving problems in work.
