Job Description
- Developing Org Charts, JDs and KPIs
- Developing Organization Competencies (Behavioral – Technical)
- Assisting managers to develop SOPs
- Maintain Job Evaluation System
- Formulate departmental objectives and KPIs
- Developing and applying Performance management system
- Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
- Extracting training needs and sitting training plan
Job Requirements
- Extended education in HR with Minimum 3-5 years related experience
- Medical Field experience is preferred, Manufacturing is essential
- Solid knowledge of extracting KPIs and analyzing jobs
- Bachelor in any related field
- Very Good English
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills and highly organized
- Excellent computer skills
- HR certificate/diploma is a Must
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
