Job Summary

Stylish Eve is seeking to hire for it's well known brand "Rush Brush" an enthusiastic Sales Manager, with a can do attitude.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and help others achieve their maximum sales potential!

You will mainly will be in charge of our offline accounts, sales, markets and channels and in charge of our offline sales team.

Job Description:

  • Manage all of our B2B Sales
  • Plan and Execute Sales plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives
  • Responsible for opening new accounts for the company like pharmacies and hyper markets to achieve our strategic vision for market expansion
  • Responsible for penetrating new markets such as new cities
  • Conduct Market Research and study market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors on sales
  • Determine stock required and implement price and credit policy
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders such as Marketing team; to ensure the optimal alignment between sales and marketing strategic plans
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure the perfect utilization of the inventory
  • Effectively partners with customers and co-workers to resolve complex customer situations
  • Conducts weekly observations and provides effective feedback to sales promoters
  • Acts as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing training and awareness of our products, and promotions to our sales promoters
  • Assists the management team to achieve and exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management
  • Participate in Management meetings

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English level
  • Must have experience in Health and beauty products and markets
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Sales
  • Flexibility to travel to different cities
  • Flexibility to travel to Alexandria on weekly basis
  • Ability to manage more than one work place at a time
  • Have a Car
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Great Leadership skills
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Great Analytical thinking skills
