Reports to: Head of sales

Job Summary:

• Buy, or sell property for clients. study property listings, interview clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, price etc.
• Meet clients and Show them different projects
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes
• Collecting data from competitors and Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Maintain and listings of available properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Answer to clients’ calls and arrange appointment to visit different projects
