Job Description
- Responsible for completing the documentation circle and connect with other departments such as accounting and fleet departments to complete the paper work according to the company policy.
- Training for new staff according to company policy standards.
- Checking rental agents performance and upgrade their sales qualifications.
- Monthly evaluation for rental agents.
- Checking outsider stations revenue and utilization
- Reviewing lost business reports and reasons on daily bases.
- Make the weekly revenue report for all company and making lost business report for all stations.
- Supervise monthly rental agreements renewal.
- Follow up governmental legality for all outside documents.
- Follow up attendance for all rental agents on all stations.
- Reviewing and follow up operations filing system and computer system.
- Creating new business channels by making indoor and outdoor sales calls.
- Follow up collections for Cash clients and new accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Experience 8-10 years.
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate with clients and sell the prepared offers and the corporate companies.
- Males only
- Proficiency in MS Office is a MUST
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to solve any kind of problem might be facing with the clients.
