Job Description
- Responsible for marketing and selling the company's products via telephone with well-qualified prospects.
- Negotiates competitive pricing with customers, within limits or contracts, to achieve the sale.
- Places customer orders over the phone and closes sales transactions.
- Submits and follows up on price quotes. Ensures timely delivery, billing, and payment of orders by coordinating with appropriate departments and vendors.
- Additionally, keeps informed of competitor pricing and product offers and communicates information to management.
- Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective customers and generates leads for field sales.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
