Job Description
- Tender Documents Study: Scope of Work, BOQ, Specifications & Drawings.
- Prepares the mechanical part in the proposals and provides technical support during the construction phase of the project.
- Issuance of (Request for Quotation) to subcontractors and suppliers and communicating with them until receiving fully compliant quotations.
- Prepare and review Shop drawings and Technical submittals.
- Prepare Mechanical calculation for mechanical systems (HVAC, FF, and PL).
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- Price Estimation based on Technical and Commercial cost assessment derived from Comparison Sheets.
- Continuously update technical knowledge
- Being active ASHRAE members you will be expected to attend seminars from ASHRAE and other HVAC related seminars
- Prepare technical presentations for clients
- Assist the BMS team in the requirements of HVAC system operation
- Assist the site members with technical related issues.
Job Requirements
- 1- 3 years experience.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Strong understanding of calculations for mechanical works.
- Computer skills, design software & drawings (Cad, Revit & HAP).
- Accurate & strong attention to details.
- Ability to multitask & manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and add value to the company
- Self-initiative
