Job Description

  • Identify, Qualify, and penetrate new business opportunities from existing and potential customers from his contacts list and retaining Customer accounts
  • Schedule customer appointments with key decision makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service for meeting customer expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports after completion of freight shipments
  • Review operational records and reports to determine profitability.
  • Define price schedule and discount rates after approval from the high management.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Identifies account decliners and gainers to develop strategies for winning back business and promotion future growth.
  • Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on customer specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any field
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of developing and driving market campaign initiatives in markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
