Job Description
- Identify, Qualify, and penetrate new business opportunities from existing and potential customers from his contacts list and retaining Customer accounts
- Schedule customer appointments with key decision makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service for meeting customer expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports after completion of freight shipments
- Review operational records and reports to determine profitability.
- Define price schedule and discount rates after approval from the high management.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Identifies account decliners and gainers to develop strategies for winning back business and promotion future growth.
- Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on customer specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of any field
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of developing and driving market campaign initiatives in markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
