Job Description
- Design, Architecture and development of projects like resorts, clubs, commercial, residential buildings, food courts and villas.
- Carry out meetings with team members and hold out the presentations for the management (board) meetings.
- Preparing 3D orientations for initial project proposals.
- Lead the team responsible for architecture and design of major components of the complete architecture.
- Managing the design process using programme/time awareness and technical expertise.
- Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate.
- Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
- Assisting in managing the increasing workload currently being carried out by the design manager.
- Implementing ideas, review, develop and follow up the design workflow within the team members.
- Creating prototypes, checking the design and coordinating with different consultants & other parties of the project and making sure they met the design specifications.
