Job Description
- Review and approve documents before the arrival of the shipment
- Provide shipping instructions to the foreign suppliers and follow-up with the forwarder for the pick up of our shipments
- Deliver complete set of shipping documents to the customs department
- Follow up the arrival of the shipment to warehouses
- Negotiate freight rates with the freight forwarder and shipping lines to obtain the best competitive rates.
- Follow up GB Auto ad-hocks shipments
- Update internal clients (Business Units) with the related shipments status.
- Follow up GB Logistics business with the shipping lines and foreign agents.
- Follow up GB Logistics Business for internal and external Clients.
- Deal With Main foreign suppliers for GB shipments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Preferable to be in Logistics and foreign Trade)
- 3-5 Years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
