Job Description

  • Reports directly to HR manager.
  • Day to day HR Functions.
  • Perfect recruitment skills.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules and working conditions.
  • Handles and resolves employees' issues and teacher Cases.
  • Performance appraisal supervision and follow up to enhance employee engagement and overall business performance.
  • Responsible for Payroll for the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • knowledge of Labor Law and medical insurance will be a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience preferred multinational background.
  • Work on attendance systems.
  • Very good English language.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Very good MS knowledge (word, powerpoint, Excel)
