Job Description
- Reports directly to HR manager.
- Day to day HR Functions.
- Perfect recruitment skills.
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules and working conditions.
- Handles and resolves employees' issues and teacher Cases.
- Performance appraisal supervision and follow up to enhance employee engagement and overall business performance.
- Responsible for Payroll for the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- knowledge of Labor Law and medical insurance will be a plus.
- 3-4 years of experience preferred multinational background.
- Work on attendance systems.
- Very good English language.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Organizational skills.
- Very good MS knowledge (word, powerpoint, Excel)
