Job Duties:
- Assists in determining the organization’s sales goals and drafts the strategy to achieve such goals within the allocated budget
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Generate leads to create a powerful database of potential buyers
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Market products to public and potential buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing service
- Assist walk-ins and over the phone leads
- Close deals in cooperation with finance and legal departments
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Overlook brokers’ performance and targets
- Execute all brokers’ requests
- Schedule meetings for brokers’ potential buyers
- Close sales of broker prospective buyers
- Represent the company in promotional activities
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
