Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business with current and potential clients by generating leads and interest through cold-calls, networking, presentations, and office visits.
  • Visit potential clients to promote products.
  • Learn customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate a B2B & B2C marketing strategy.
  • Identify and analyze the proper data sources in order to track and report brand/product lines performance.
  • Develop pricing strategies.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, and development. etc
  • Monitor and track competition practices in the market.
  • Define the product marketing investments and promotional requirements to achieve the required objectives
  • Ensure all channel and product activities are supported by a powerful communication plan.
  • Ensure having the right data sources to drive and track communication and media activities.
  • Monitoring the campaign's progress.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements

  • Male is must
  • Experience in Glass and aluminum systems or real estate or constructions is preferred
  • New Cairo & Nasr City’s Residents are preferred
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
