Job Description
- Setting departmental objectives, Function's KPI and an active performance management system.
- Applying the New Policies and Procedures.
- Conduct the JA & JD for all Jobs.
- Optimize the workload analysis and slandered operation Headcount.
- Ensure the orientation and on-boarding steps for the new comers.
- Engage employees by team building activities, gathering and socializing.
- Set the Performance Management System (MBO – Competency Based and KPI's).
- Monitor the TNA methods, Plan and implementation and ensure the budget, effectiveness
- Handling the succession planning program, talent management and accelerate the program.
