Job Description
- Handle daily payroll operations, including collecting, verifying timekeeping information, and processing payroll.
- Prepare and execute the pay slips.
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.
- Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, and new hires information etc.
- Analyze and audit payroll reports; review and approve relevant reports before sending them to the Accounting Department as per set procedures.
- Participate in job evaluation committees to evaluate/re-evaluation for the new positions, promotions and restructuring.
- Handle the operations to maintain and update the leveling and grading system for all the company in addition to the salary structure.
- Participate in the preparation the new hires package after doing the necessary analysis related to the market pay .
- Handles daily compensation and benefit operations across the company.
- Check employees’ letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security) and submit them to concerned authorities for signature.
- Review C&B policies and procedures, and ensure company’s compliance with internal laws and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant Field.
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in the same function with well-known organizations with a large number of workforce.
- Good understanding of accounting basics and Payroll Best Practices
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and rules of the field
- Proficient in MS Office with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent In English.
