Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act on behalf of the company in response to all queries and Tax authority
- Audits and/or investigations under full supervision and control of Finance Manager.
- Ensure that all company transactions are documented and recorded in conformity to Tax law and requirements.
- Provide written instructions to operation officers about VAT Documentary requirements and monitor correct execution
- Report to Finance Manager any suspicion or irregularity affecting Astra’s proper documentation and tax record.
- Take Charge of preparing all analysis and documentary requirements in response to any Tax Audit and/or investigation.
- Prepare and monitor VAT monthly Declaration
- Prepare and Monitor WHT quarter report
- Follow up all taxation issues and report timely to Finance Manager.
- Prepare detailed breakdown of all CoG and admin expenses with all supporting documents for auditing reason either to prepare annual declaration OR present to Tax authority for auditing reasons.
- Salary Tax monthly calculation and payment
