Job Description
As HR manager,
- You are requested to implement the people strategy through the provision of Human Resources (HR) processes, systems, and measures in the Country.
- Ensure the organization has the people capabilities to deliver a present and future business goals. Serve as a member of the Country management team.
- Ensures implementation of all HR rules, standards, governance and control processes in the Country.
- Implements Global compensation and benefits programs, workforce planning and productivity improvement programs, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, and other processes as applicable
- Ensures strong labor relationships with all local unions and works councils.
- Responsible for the payroll process and all related employees needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Minimum 7-8 years of HR related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Labor relations, collective bargaining, contract negotiations experience
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work with managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions in difficult or ambiguous situations
- Good computer skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, presentation skills, task-oriented, and self-motivation skills
- Excellent in both spoken & written English.
- Lives in 10th of Ramadan city. Having a car in case of living in Cairo
